The Spokane Regional ESL Conference is a collaborative effort of representatives from Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, the Institute for Extended Learning, Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute, Spokane Public Schools, Whitworth University, Spokane Falls Community College, the Central Valley School District and the Intensive American Language Center (IALC) at WSU.
