Deadline for proposals: January 30, 2009.
Read these instructions carefully.
Step 1: Compose an abstract (approximately 200 words) of your proposed presentation. The emphasis in all the presentations should be on demonstration. Also prepare a separate two-sentence summary for the program book that every attender will receive.
Step 2: Go to the online proposal form and complete all the information and click on the Submit Proposal button at the bottom of the page. You can copy and paste your abstract and summary into the required fields if you want. You will receive an e-mail reply from a committee member within 2-3 days confirming that your proposal has been received and is being considered.
NOTE: All fields (including pull-down menu options) that are marked with * must be completed on the online proposal form.
All rooms are technology classrooms equipped with an Internet enabled PC desktop computer, a projector, VCR, DVD, CD player as well as a blackboard. Presenters should bring a CD-ROM of their presentation to use on the class computer (or a USB drive). Presenters may also bring their own laptop computer which can connect to the projector in the room. No tech support is available.
