Call for Proposals

Officially closed. No more proposals will be accepted.

Deadline for proposals: January 30, 2010.

Read these instructions carefully.

Step 1: Compose an abstract (approximately 200 words) of your proposed presentation and prepare a separate two-sentence summary for the program book which every conference attendee will receive.

Step 2: Complete the form at the bottom of this page and click on the Submit Proposal button. After successful submission of your proposal, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your proposal has been received and is being considered.

In order for the Spokane Regional ESL Conference to comply with district clock hour requirements, ALL presenters must attach a curriculum vita/cv or resume with this submission.

This year we are giving graduate and undergraduate students the opportunity to present a poster session or a regular presentation. That can be indicated below. (Click
HERE to read about poster session specifications.)

NOTE: All fields marked with * must be completed on the form below.

We will post all accepted proposals on our web site by February 15. Check the web site at that time. We will also contact you via e-mail if your proposal was accepted. Please contact
Janet Jenkins if you have any questions.

All presenters must also
register for the conference and pay the regular fee.

All classrooms at Gonzaga University are technology classrooms equipped with an Internet enabled PC desktop computer, a projector, VCR, DVD, CD player as well as a blackboard. Presenters should bring their presentation on a CD or USB stick to use on the class computer. Presenters may also bring their own laptop computer which can connect to the projector in the room. There is also a 20-station computer lab available. (Only limited tech support is available the day of the conference.)
