Spokane Regional ESL Conference Exhibitor Registration

To register as an exhibitor for the conference, please complete the form below. After you submit your registration information, you will be redirected to the payment page where you can pay by credit card which is the preferred payment method.

Exhibitor displays will be located in the the Commons on the Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute campus. Exhibitors may begin setting up at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the conference. Free all-day parking is permitted in lots around the Commons. (Click HERE for detailed instructions for registered exhibitors.)

The fee is $175 for one table, a second table is $300 total and a third table is $380 total. All tables are 8 or 6 feet x 2.5 feet. Your exhibitor registration fee includes lunch for up to 1 exhibitor per table. Extra reps would need to pay the regular registration fee.

We are not able to refund registration fees unless notice is given 48 hours prior to the start of the conference (prior to 8 a.m on Thursday). Many things are ordered in advance, such as the program, supplies, lunches, etc.
